My husband and I contacted Jamie when our mortgage was coming up for renewal as we had a less than optimal experience with our first broker. Jamie was such a pleasant surprise, she is so informative and patient as we had many questions regarding options for renewals, refinancing, and rental properties. Working with Jamie has been a fantastic experience! I have friends who had gotten a mortgage with Jamie, and she came highly recommended; I quickly found out why. Right off the bat, Jamie was approachable and welcoming so I knew we were off to a great start. What I really appreciate about her is that she has a realistic and down to earth approach. The financial world is full of confusing concepts and exuberant legal terminology, and Jamie cuts right through that and gets to its true meaning. She put things into real terms that I could understand, and the amount of education I have received from her about mortgage types, rates and down payment cutoff levels, fine print, and other differences between all the different financial institutions was absolutely amazing.
